Our Story

From Local Projects to Large-Scale Delivery

Sculpt Create was built on the idea of creating a complete, end-to-end service for clients - a one-stop shop that could manage the entire process from build, supply, and installation through to site management and project delivery. What started as a small operation delivering concrete seating to a local builder quickly grew into something much bigger through strong relationships, reliable service, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

As projects evolved, so did the business. Word-of-mouth referrals, repeat clients, and a reputation for delivering practical, high-quality outcomes allowed Sculpt Create to expand into a multifaceted company working across fabrication, construction and custom manufacturing. Today, Sculpt Create combines hands-on trade experience with innovative processes to deliver tailored solutions across a wide range of industries.

Blake

Co-founder and Project Manager

As Co-Founder of Sculpt Create, Blake has played a key role in building the business into a collaborative, solutions-focused company known for delivering high-quality digital and fabrication outcomes. With a strong focus on project management and client relationships, he works closely with clients to ensure every project is delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Blake oversees projects from initial consultation through to final delivery, managing communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and the internal team.
 His ability to build strong working relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the process helps create a seamless and collaborative experience for clients across a wide range of industries.

Known for his organised approach and calm problem-solving mindset, Blake ensures projects stay on track while balancing timelines, expectations, and quality outcomes. His commitment to client service, teamwork, and practical delivery plays a major role in Sculpt Create’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and tailored project support.

Luke

Co-Founder and Concrete Specialist

With a background as a concreter by trade, Luke brings a unique combination of hands-on construction experience to Sculpt Create. Years spent working on-site developed his deep understanding of form, structure, precision, and problem solving — skills that now underpin the way Sculpt Create approaches every project.

 Luke co-founded Sculpt Create with the vision of combining practical trade knowledge with custom fabrication. His ability to understand how things are built in the real world allows him to bridge the gap between digital design and physical production in a way that is both practical and highly accurate. 

Luke works closely with clients across construction, manufacturing, architecture, public art, and product development to deliver tailored solutions for complex projects.

Jessica

Operations

Jessica plays a central role is overseeing operations, administration, and project coordination at Sculpt Create, helping keep the business running efficiently behind the scenes. With a strong background in operations management and business systems, she brings structure, organisation, and strategic direction to the team.

From scheduling and workflow management to client communication and resource planning, Jessica helps projects stay on track and clients remain supported throughout the entire process. Her ability to manage the moving parts of a fast-paced creative and technical business makes her an integral part of the Sculpt Create team.

Focused on continuous improvement and delivering a seamless client experience, Jessica helps create the strong foundation that allows the team to consistently deliver innovative, high-quality outcomes.

Rhys

Workshop and Timber Chief

Rhys brings over 30 years of carpentry experience to Sculpt Create, leading the timber division with exceptional craftsmanship, practical knowledge, and a calm, respected leadership style.
 As a qualified carpenter with decades of hands-on industry experience, he has developed a strong reputation for producing high-quality work with precision, care, and attention to detail.

For more than two years at Sculpt Create, Rhys has played an important role in delivering custom timber fabrication and finishing across a wide range of projects. His deep understanding of materials, construction techniques, and fine detailing allows him to consistently create work that is both functional and beautifully executed.

Known for his steady approach and leadership within the workshop, Rhys leads by example — supporting the team with patience, professionalism, and pride in craftsmanship. His experience and dedication to quality make him an integral part of Sculpt Create’s commitment to delivering refined, custom-built outcomes.
